Business Coaching Package No. 1
Free 'Sampler' Session
A sampler session is where one of our qualified business coaches will attend your site and run a mini-coaching workshop (usually between 30/60 minutes) to show you what coaching is and how it works. This should help you to decide if coaching will suit your organisation or not. The session can be organised as a one off event or as part of one of your regular management meetings. What a great way to energise a management meeting, and for free!
Business Coaching Package No. 2
This example provides you with the maximum flexibility and the highest standard of service and coaching support available. The package includes up to 15 hours of face-to-face coaching with that time being used at the client's discretion. Meetings can be held at a venue to suit the client whether that is a factory site, office or mutually agreed location. The package also offers unlimited on-line support via the telephone and/or e-mail. Additional coaching hours over and above the package allowance is provided for at a specially discounted fixed fee rate with all administration costs included in the price.
Business Coaching Package No. 3
This example is aimed at giving you flexibility and maximum value for money, providing you have more than one member of staff participating in your coaching activity (at the same location). As with Package 2 the coaching is of the highest standard and includes up to 6 hours of face-to-face coaching (with up to three different clients taking part). Time is sold on a day rate basis with the provision and number of days being agreed at the outset. Meeting days are mutually agreed between the clients involved and can be held at a venue to suit the client's requirements. The package also caters for up to 1 hours worth of on-line support per client/month via the telephone and or e-mail. Additional coaching hours over and above the package allowance is provided for on a fixed fee basis. Administration costs are included in the price.
Business Coaching Package No. 4
This example is for the occasional user and is provided on a PAYG (pay as you go) service. Meeting dates and times are mutually agreed between the client and their coach. Venues are chosen to suit the client's requirements.
